In the South African context, where public and private projects are under pressure to demonstrate both value for money and accountability, these skills are becoming indispensable.

This masterclass introduces ACPM members and allied professionals to the use of BIM for project planning and budgeting. Participants will learn how to set up work breakdown structures, link model elements to cost codes, and forecast cash flow while using dashboards for real-time financial management.
